Jobs have been moving overseas at a rate of about 300,000 a year. According to Forrester Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, 3.3 million more positions will go to workers in countries like India and China by 2015. So what does that mean for us? Some professions, such as computer engineering, registered nursing and college and university teaching, will see an increase in positions. But according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, most of the growth in the next decade will be in health and service positions--jobs for medical assistants, home health aides, information clerks, receptionists and security guards.
